If your design is not proportional to the size ordered, it may be that only the width or only the height matches your specifications exactly. The design will not be distorted, compressed, or stretched.
Therefore, make sure that the file, canvas, design, and desired final format are all compatible with one another. Transparent or empty areas in the file may affect the size calculation.
