How we ship your order

As we manufacture many products individually for you, an exact delivery date cannot be reliably planned before production begins. We make every effort to meet the date stated in the order confirmation.
You can find the currently expected delivery date directly with the respective product, at checkout and in your order confirmation.
To ensure that your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible, we offer different production and shipping methods depending on the destination country.

Important information about production times

  • The stated times refer to production days from Monday to Friday.
  • Public holidays do not count as production days.
  • Different production times may apply to individual products.
  • The expected delivery date displayed with the respective product and at checkout is decisive.
  • The available shipping methods, final shipping costs and current delivery time will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Norway

Delivery period
The period relevant for determining the shipping date refers to production days from Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not taken into account in the calculation.
If you order items with different production or delivery times, we generally ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest production or delivery time.

Products with your own print files

For products for which you provide your own print files, the production time begins on the day after:
  • receipt of the complete, print-ready files and
  • receipt of payment or successful payment authorization by the respective payment service provider. 
If the print files submitted are incomplete, faulty or not print-ready, the production time does not begin until the corrected and complete, print-ready files have been received.

Products without your own print files

For products that do not require your own print files, the production time begins on the day after:
  • conclusion of the contract and receipt of payment or successful payment authorization by the respective payment service provider.

Order and data submission deadline
Orders, payments and complete, print-ready files must be received by us no later than 1:00 p.m..
If received later, the start of production may be postponed by one additional production day.

Important: possible delays
Production or delivery times may be extended in the following cases:
  • The print files are faulty, incomplete or not print-ready.
  • Required order details are missing.
  • There are queries regarding the design or production.
  • A required approval has not yet been granted.
  • Payment has not yet been received or the required payment authorization has not yet been issued.β€œ 
  • Public holidays or unforeseeable disruptions affect production or shipping.
As our products are generally made individually and may vary depending on the design and specifications, an exact delivery date cannot always be provided before production begins.
Some production steps are automated and can be carried out daily. However, certain manual steps are performed exclusively on regular production days from Monday to Friday. The stated expected delivery time is therefore based on this production schedule.
Please also note: Orders, payments or payment authorizations and complete, print-ready files must be received by us no later than 1:00 p.m.  If received later, the start of production may be postponed by one additional production day.
