How to help us assign your question more quickly

For questions about a product, please specify the desired type of sticker, the approximate dimensions and the intended surface. For a logo or design, it is also helpful to know the file format it is available in. Please do not send any confidential data that is not required to process your request.

For questions about an existing order, please provide the order number and the email address used when placing the order. Describe specifically whether your question concerns payment, production status, shipping, the contents of the delivery or installation.

Photos for questions about the surface or installation

A straight-on photo of the intended vehicle surface can help us assess your request. Make sure that dimensions, door gaps, handles, grooves and curves are visible. Remove or cover license plates and other personal information if they are not needed for your question.
