Ideally, application should take place in mild temperatures. Surfaces that are too cold, too hot or heated directly by the sun make adhesion more difficult.
A dry, clean and sheltered environment is optimal. The vehicle should be neither ice-cold nor heavily heated. After application, the adhesive needs some time to build up its full bonding strength.
