Does a car sticker damage the vehicle paint?

On intact, fully cured original paint, a suitable vehicle film will generally not cause any damage if professionally applied and removed. The surface must be thoroughly cleaned and free of wax, grease, and silicone before application.

For repainted, damaged, or already peeling paint surfaces, paint may come off when removing the film. Such surfaces should be checked in advance.
