Does a car sticker damage the vehicle's paint?

On intact, fully cured original paint, a suitable vehicle wrap normally does not cause any damage when applied and removed professionally. Before application, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned and free of wax, grease and silicone.

On repainted, damaged or already peeling paintwork, paint may also come off during removal. Such surfaces should be inspected beforehand.
